Exchange Policy:
We invest great deal of love, care and attention to detail to make our handmade and hand stitched products. In a scenario where you are unsure about any product purchased , we missed a spot or received product is different from what had ordered, we offer a hassle-free 10 day Exchange policy, Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange.
1) You can email us at sales@designstation.in or call us at within 3 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product, you want to Exchange. Be as specific as possible, when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.
2) Once we receive your request, we will share the studio address with you, and you may ship the Product, with Original Packaging, and Tags to our studio.Please note the product must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
3) After we receive the return, the product will necessarily go through a quality check.
4) Finally, after the product passes the quality check, we will allow you to Re Order from a range of products from the same brand/ re order a different size of the same product, using a discount coupon code, which will be shared with you.
** Used, washed, damaged or laundered products cannot be returned/exchanged. Product tags and original packing must be intact to avail return/exchange.
**No return or exchange on sale products or on promotional campaigns.
Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on used products. Design Station is not responsible for damage after the product has been used.
Incase you don't find any merchandise for exchange that moment , we can offer credit note valid for 3 months.This could be redeemed in next purchase.
